What we do
TRICUB3 Ltd looks after houses, apartments and holiday properties while their owners are elsewhere. Our services are scheduled property visits, security and condition checks, ventilation and damp or leak checks, basic cleaning, garden maintenance coordination and arranging minor repairs when they are needed.
We also produce property condition reports and keep an ongoing conversation with owners, so a property stays clean, secure and well maintained through periods when it is standing empty.
How we work
We keep things simple and honest. We visit when we say we will, we write down what we found, and we do not carry out work you have not approved.
We arrange repairs and garden work through local trades we have vetted; we do not run our own building or grounds teams on site, and we do not take commissions from the trades we use. Where a property needs something we cannot arrange, we say so and tell you what we would do about it.
We do not publish awards we have not won, reviews we have not received or properties we do not manage.
