Services

TRICUB3 Ltd provides scheduled property visits, condition and security checks, ventilation and damp or leak checks, basic cleaning, garden maintenance coordination, arrangement of minor repairs, and written condition reports. The exact scope is agreed with you before any service begins.

Enquiries and confirmation

An enquiry made through this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A care plan is confirmed only when we have agreed the scope and the price with you.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euro (€) and agreed with you in advance, based on the property and the visit frequency you choose. We do not take payment through this site.

Approval for work

Above the spend threshold agreed with you, no repair or other work is instructed until you have approved the quote. We do not take commissions from suppliers.

What we do not provide

Property care is not a security guarding service and does not provide continuous presence at the property. A condition report records what we found on the day of a visit and is not a guarantee of the property’s condition. We do not carry out building works ourselves and we do not provide insurance or settle insurance claims.

Cancellation

You may change or cancel a care plan by giving us reasonable notice. Any visit already carried out, and any work already approved and instructed, remains payable.

Liability

We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, but nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome, and we do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
